Is Adams Merchandise still Shipping Orders during this Period of COVID-19?

Yes! Most of our staff are currently working from home, but orders are still going out. Please be patient as orders may take a little longer than usual arrive.

No matter where you are in the USA, shipping is $3.00 for USPS First Class Mail for orders placed online.

Domestic shipping is free for orders over $45!

For domestic Standard Shipping, it shouldn't more than 7 days for you to get your order, Although, Due to COVID-19, it may take 11 days before receiving your order.

Due to Covid-19, your order may be delayed in transit before receiving it. Thank you for understanding and stay safe.

Return Policy

What is your Return Policy?

We take our deals very seriously here at Adams Merchandise and want you to be completely happy with your products and purchase. If, for any reason, your products are not everything you had hoped for, please email us at ami@adamsmi.com, and we will straighten things out or rectify the issue so that you can be happy. Therefore, we handle each return with care.

Domestic Orders:
We happily accept the return of unused and undamaged products for a full refund in the form of the original payment.

International Orders:
We also happily accept the return of unused and undamaged goods and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.

We ship far and wide, and we're pretty proud of that. However, we are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency. 

However, Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can you print one custom product for me to test out?

How big or small can you print a custom product? 

We can design and print any size as small or big as you want!

Can I use a discount Code?

Yes, presently, we are giving out 23% discounts, which will be elapsed at 11:59 pm  of September 4th, 2020.

What if I want to buy a Bunch of Products that will contain my organization’s custom design?

You are welcome to do so through our permission, and we can even help you bring your brand alive.

What do I do if I need personal design on my apparel for more graphics designs?

We suggest applying our graphics design onto family and friend’s apparel wears such as Legging, Shoes, Shirts, Hoodies, Blanket Hoodies, Jewelry, etc. Good thing, our designs come in sets of two sometimes! Thank you for patronizing us.

Your Debit or Credit Card information is 100% Secured, and it is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Also, all physical address and email information is kept private and never sold, marketing is only sent to customers who opt-in via the checkout system.
